WegoFin is a simple and engaging fintech dashboard made for business owners, merchants, and vendors to manage their finances. It helps users track profit and loss, handle money coming in and going out, and understand how much tax they need to pay. One of its most unique features is the use of AI assistants inside the dashboard. Users can interact with different roles like a tax consultant, bank manager, report analyst, accountant, and expense manager. These AI bots guide users step-by-step, helping them understand reports, manage accounts, and make better financial decisions with just a click
The dashboard is designed with playful colours to keep it visually engaging, and it also includes finance tutorials to help users learn along the way. With a quick and easy onboarding process, WegoFin makes financial management less stressful and more intuitive, even for beginners.

In this project, I was responsible for designing the core experience of the AI assistants within the dashboard. The main challenge was to ensure that these bots did not feel like typical automated tools, but instead felt human, approachable, and trustworthy. They needed to assist users on demand without disrupting the overall experience or overwhelming them with information.
To solve this, I collaborated with my design team to research and explore different approaches. I proposed the idea of creating human-like mascots, each with their own personality and voice, so interactions would feel more natural—like receiving advice from a real person rather than a system. This approach helped make the experience more engaging, intuitive, and emotionally comfortable for users. The concept was well received by the client, and we moved forward with it as a key feature of the product.
